Omega Studio Omega Studio India Creative production, Bangalore Start a project

Ten crafts.
One roof.
No hand-offs.

Omega Studio India is a creative production studio in Bangalore. Strategy, identity, film, web and marketing are made by the same in-house team — so a brief moves through one building instead of four vendors.

  • Bangalore studio, ten disciplines
  • Typical build, 6–8 weeks

Section 01

A studio, not an agency chain.

Over a decade in Bangalore, building for founders, institutions and ministries across India.

Most agencies sell you a plan and sub-contract the making of it. We don't. The person who writes the strategy sits next to the person cutting the film and the person shipping the site. That is the whole reason the studio exists — one brief, one team, one calendar, and nothing lost in translation between them.

The work on this page was designed, written, built and launched in-house: WordPress themes coded by hand, donation gateways wired to real bank settlements, bilingual broadcast pages, and a school's whole enrolment funnel. No page builders left holding a business-critical flow together.

For your project, that means the site, the words on it and the story it tells are built by the same people — nobody briefing a freelancer on what you said in a meeting they weren't in.

We work the same way whether the invoice is fifty thousand rupees or fifty lakh. If we can't hold the standard on a brief, we'd rather say so at the start than hand over something we'd hide from our own portfolio.

Studio-grade, every time

There is no A-tier work and B-tier work. The same craft bar runs on a short explainer as on a brand film, whatever the deadline or the fee.

In-house, end to end

Strategy, design, shoot, edit, build, deliver — by the same people. What we sell is what we make, so there is nobody to blame and nobody to wait for.

Honest before polished

We'll tell you when a deadline is unrealistic or a budget is short for the ambition. Losing a retainer costs us less than costing you a year.

Section 02

A few builds, live right now.

A short selection from the shelf. Every site here is in production and taking real traffic, donations or enrolments — open any of them and judge for yourself.

Navjeevan Community Development SocietyDonation siteCustom WordPress theme

A donation-ready site with the payment gateway wired in by hand.

Built as a custom WordPress theme from a static design — no page builder anywhere near it. The donation flow runs on a PayU integration we coded ourselves: hash generation, separate success and failure handlers, and a database log of every transaction, so the office can reconcile gifts without opening the gateway dashboard.

Four programme pages, an impact-stories archive and a photo gallery sit behind a header with click-triggered dropdowns. A session-authenticated document manager lets staff publish FCRA papers and annual reports themselves, and a Terms page template carries the 80G and compliance detail a first-time donor checks before paying.

Digital School NepalCourse catalogueWordPress, Elementor theme builder

Eight course pages and a batch board that does the selling.

Every course gets its own page carrying duration, fee and outcome, and the courses mega-menu repeats all eight with their week counts so a visitor can jump straight in. The batch board lists start dates, timings and remaining seats, which puts the scarcity a counsellor used to explain by phone on the page itself.

A six-way router sends visitors to the right course by who they are — student, job seeker, parent, teacher, freelancer, business owner — and admissions runs end to end on a phone. The blog targets the queries Nepali students actually search, with the site tuned to rank for computer courses in Nepal.

GHNC TVBroadcast siteHand-built HTML, bilingual

A bilingual broadcast site with the live stream on the front page.

The homepage leads with an on-air state and an embedded YouTube live stream, so a visitor lands on whatever is playing rather than a menu. Below it, a programme library splits the catalogue into six strands with episode counts, and the giving page states what each amount pays for instead of asking for an open donation.

The whole interface toggles between English and Nepali, blog posts included, with Devanagari set at its own type scale. A 148-photo gallery runs on CSS masonry with lazy loading and a lightbox, and a confidential prayer-request form posts without publishing names.

Section 03

How a brief becomes something live.

Five stages, in this order, on every project. You'll know which one we're in at any point in the week.

  1. Stage 01

    Brief and scope

A call, then a written scope: what we're making, what it costs, what we need from you, and the date it goes live. Nothing starts until you've signed that page.

  2. Stage 02

    Direction

Words and look, together. Copy structure, a design direction and — for film — a style frame, so you're approving the real thing rather than a mood board.

  3. Stage 03

    Make

Shoot, design, write and build. You see progress weekly on a staging link or a cut, with two rounds of revisions built into the fee.

  4. Stage 04

    Launch

Speed, mobile, forms, analytics, search console, redirects, backups. Handover includes a walkthrough recording so your team can run it without us.

  5. Stage 05

    Care

Updates, uptime monitoring, backups and small changes on a monthly plan — optional, and cancellable whenever you like.

Section 04

Scope first, then the number.

We don't publish a rate card. Once we've talked the brief through, you get a written scope with one fixed fee against it — and we work to that.

What a quote covers

Copywriting, design, build, launch and handover, priced as a single figure. Nothing itemised back to you afterwards as an extra.

How it is staged

Half to start, half on launch. Nothing gets invoiced outside the scope you signed, and a change in scope is quoted before it is built.

What happens after

Thirty days of post-launch fixes are included. Hosting, backups and updates can continue on a monthly care plan, or you can take it all in-house.

There are three shapes this usually takes: a single project, a monthly studio retainer across several disciplines, or a care plan on a site that already exists. We'll say which one fits after the first call, and put the figure in writing with the scope.

Send us the brief. We'll come back with a proposal

Not a sales call — a scope, a timeline, and the names of the people who would actually do the work.
